• How many transmittal packages were issued later than it was planned (Issue date > planned issue date)?
• What is the breakdown of late transmittals by delay? Were those packages late by some 1-2 days or more?
• How many planned/draft transmittals (all draft packages that have Planned Issue Date set) are already overdue? How big is the delay – is it just 1-2 days or several weeks? How many transmittal packages we will need to issue over the next week or within next couple weeks?
• What external organizations are habitually late to respond our transmittals? What specific recipients are typically late? Total accumulated days late per company/recipient?
